Product Description:
S-BOND 732 RTV Silicone Gasket Maker is a smooth,
thick purple paste. The anaerobic chemistry
of this product creates a tough flexible
formed-in-place gasket. Once confined
between 2 components, 732 RTV Silicone Gasket Maker
provides an instant low pressure seal.
 
Typical Applications
RTV Silicone Gasket  Maker is used for fuel and water
pumps, split crank cases on engines, gearbo
covers, engine thermostats, air compressor
end caps, chainsaws, lawn mowers etc. This
product can be used with or without pre-cut
pre-formed gaskets.
 
Instructions for Use
Ensure parts are clean, dry and free from oil
and grease.
 
Procedure for Application
Product is normally hand applied from the
tube.

General Information
Storage
Product should be stored in a cool and dry
location at temperatures between -10 °C to
30 °C. Optimal storage is 22±4°C.  Shelf life
is 18 months from date of manufacture when
stored at 22±4°C.
 
Note
Where gap size is large or where the surface
is uneven, apply a Vibra-TITE primer to
assist curing the product. 732 RTV Silicone Gasket Maker

can be roller coated, screen printed or pad
applied.
 
Health & Safety in use
IRRITANT: Contains Methylacrylate
Esters which may irritate eyes, respiratory
organs and skin. In case of contact with the
skin, wash immediately with plenty of
water.
